A conversation lasts 50 minutes and costs 300 kr.
When you book an appointment, you first choose whether you want psychotherapy in English or Danish.
Payment is made via MobilePay at the end of the session.
After 3 conversations in my office, we can meet online if you wish.
When you book an appointment with me, you agree to the conversation being discreetly video recorded and stored securely and confidentially for up to 3 months to support my learning about my own performance. Read About me: "You're not a graduate - what does that mean for me?"
If you have private health insurance, you can ask them to inform you before our conversation if they cover your costs. A doctor's referral does not give a discount.

Fill in the form. You don't need to give a detailed description of your problem beyond a few words. We'll address what's on your mind the day you arrive. It's perfectly OK to change the subject.

How many times should I book with you?
Sometimes one conversation is all you need to feel more clarified or at peace. You are always welcome to book another session as long as you feel the need. The average number of visits to a psychotherapist in Denmark is 6 times.
The practicalities
I rent a room in a shared clinic in Sundhedshuset on Grandvej with hypnotherapist Ditte Hjort. You'll find my name and picture in one of the frames on the wall in the waiting room.
I'll come out and pick you up in the waiting room when it's time.
If you register your license plate on the screen in the waiting room, you can park for free on Grandvej or in the courtyard for 2 hours.
There's a glass of water on the table for you when you enter my room.
I suggest payment via MobilePay, but there is also the option to pay by cash or bank transfer.
